Step 1  -  Due Diligence & User Requirements Schedule
We assess the situation of land and buildings. We undertake the necessary due diligence and research with authorities and utility providers to reduce your investment risk. We interrogate your needs and prepare a User Requirement Schedule (URS) and Concept Design.
Step 2  -  Design & Design Management
We procure and manage the Local Design Institute (LDI) and specialist designers in delivering the value-led design of your project. We undertake LDI selection & appointment, design management & reviews, design (with 3rd Party), and authority permissions design stage.
Step 3  -  Procurement Management
We put in place all delivery partners:  General Contractor,  Trade Contractors, utility providers and direct purchases. We undertake the  contract drafting, BoQ preparation,  prequalification, tender & appointment process transparently with our clients.
Step 4  -  Construction Management
We have a team on site to manage the construction process and oversee all works suppliers and contractors. We manage safety, quality, programme & cost and coordinate all activities up to handover and through the warranty period.
