We undertake the necessary due diligence and research with authorities and utility providers to reduce your investment risk. We interrogate your needs and prepare a User Requirement Schedule (URS) and Concept Design

Step 1  -  设计和设计管理 Design & Design Management

我们采购并管理当地的设计院和专业设计师，为您的项目提供价值导向的设计。我们在设计阶段承担设计院的甄选与委任、设计管理与审查、设计(由第三方承担)和报批许可。                                                                                                                                                                                                        We procure and manage the Local Design Institute (LDI) and specialist designers in delivering the value-led design of your project. We undertake LDI selection & appointment, design management & reviews, design (with 3rd Party), and authority permissions during the design stage.

Step 2  -  采购管理 Procurement Management

我们安排到位所有的交付合作伙伴: 总承包商、专业承包商、公用事业供应商和直接采购项。我们负责合同的起草，工程量清单的准备，资格预审，招标和任命过程对我们的客户是透明的。                                                                                                                                                                                                         We put in place all delivery partners:  General Contractor,  Trade Contractors, utility providers and direct purchases. We undertake the  contract drafting, BoQ preparation,  prequalification, tender & appointment process transparently with our clients.

Step 3  -  施工管理 Construction Management

我们派团队到现场管理施工过程，并监督所有工程供应商和承包商。我们管理安全，质量，进度和成本，并协调所有的活动，直到项目移交和通过质保期。                                                                           We have a team on site to manage the construction process and oversee all works suppliers and contractors. We manage safety, quality, programme & cost and coordinate all activities up to handover and through the warranty period. Our FM team offers Validation management services

Step 4  -  技术维护及综合设备管理 Technical Maintenance and Integrated Facilities Management

我们的团队拥有丰富的设施维护和管理经验。我们为您的工厂提供全职，兼职团队。我们提供主动的维护计划，以及故障发现和及时的维修管理。Our team has extensive experience in maintenance and management of facilities. We offer our team full time, part time or on a call out basis at your facility. We provide pro-active planned maintenance as well as fault finding and reactive repair management.
